Space Hellas S.A. team from the R&D Department leads the use case on securing satellite applications for micro/nano-satellites and coordinates the requirements elicitation for the various use cases. Space Hellas S.A. team also leads the commercial exploitation activities of the ASSURED project.
The personnel of the R&D Department has broad experience in the field of technological studies conducted under EU, ESA and National collaborative R&D activities (participated in and coordinated more than 35 projects during the last 20 years) as well as in national large-scale system integration projects. Space Hellas’ expertise on satellite applications and cybersecurity will be combined to leverage the ASSURED technical achievements for better securing CubeSat missions.
Through ASSURED, Space Hellas S.A. aims to expand its technical developments in the CubeSat’s domain by porting security/surveillance applications for use on board and by leveraging the ASSURED distributed attestation solution for space applications. The applicability of the ASSURED technologies for terrestrial applications is also of great interest to the company.
